SODA

SODA - first Hungarian Somatic Movement Educator training program and workshop


On the 25th of August 2024, we finished the first 300 hours of the Somatic Dialogues training program. All trainees have successfully completed the first phase of the training and from October 2024 will continue to build on their experience and study the methods of teaching / leading somatic movement programs. The next 200 hours of SODA training will include lesson-planning, teaching skills, movement observation exercises, leadership training, group dynamics and communication skills, and business – marketing strategies.
